1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

4.2 KYC Verification

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in the funds being returned and your account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal will be processed.

poin4d aims to process withdrawals within 2-5 minutes for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during standard business hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically take 5-10 minutes. Processing times may be longer during off-peak hours, weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or during periods of high transaction volume.

We reserve the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if we detect unusual account activity. Any bonus funds in your account are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met (see Section 6).

5.3 Transaction Fees

poin4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on poin4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their exchange rate and any associated conversion fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

poin4d may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes your deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Our standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount, but this may vary by promotion.

• One Bonus at a Time: You may only have one active bonus at a time. If you are offered multiple bonuses, you must complete the wagering requirements of the first bonus before claiming the second.
• Opt-In Required: Most bonuses require you to opt in before making a qualifying deposit or placing a qualifying bet. If you do not opt in, you will not be eligible for the bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: poin4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate promotional offers. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirming. We do not accept requests to cancel or modify bets once they have been placed, except in cases of obvious error (as determined by poin4d in our sole discretion).

poin4d reserves the right to void bets or refuse bets in the following circumstances:

• If there is an obvious error in the odds or bet details
• If the event has already started or finished before the bet was placed
• If we have reason to believe the bet is part of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity
• If there is a technical error or malfunction affecting the bet
• If the outcome of the event is already publicly known at the time the bet was placed

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting settlement is based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets may be voided or carried over to the rescheduled event, depending on the specific sport and circumstances. 7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slots, and other RNG (Random Number Generator) based games provided by poin4d use certified random number generators and are regularly audited for fairness by independent testing agencies. Game results are determined by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetErt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) and are final. Disputes regarding game results should be directed to our customer support team, who will liaise with the game provider if necessary.

7.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits on your account at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using poin4d services for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the poin4d platform or its software
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behavior toward poin4d staff or other players
• Using third-party payment methods (depositing from an account not in your name)
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from our platform

If we suspect any of the above activities, we reserve the right to suspend your account, void any bets or transactions, and withhold funds pending investigation. We may also report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

poin4d reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if:

• You breach any of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• We are required to do so by law or regulation
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months (dormant account)

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements for bonus funds). Once your account is closed, you will not be able to access it or any historical transaction data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, poin4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to betting or gaming losses (gambling losses are inherent to the activity)
• Technical failures, software errors, or interruptions in service
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues
